Explore and escape in the beautiful and large gardens and have a swing in the hammock

Sleep deeply in a luxurious ensuite bedroom with a private terrace looking over the pool and gardens

Eat well with nutritious and delicious meals, snacks and drinks

Spend time with an amazing group of people and make new friends

Strengthen and stretch out your body with pilates reformer and pilates mat classes twice a day

The communal indoor and outdoor dining areas and indoor and outdoor sofa areas are spacious and great places to get together

There is a large salt water infinity swimming pool with sun loungers and cabanas in large and beautiful gardens with spaces to explore and escape to

The bedrooms are luxurious and spacious with ensuite shower rooms, space to relax, comfy beds, private terraces and gorgeous pool or mountain views

Organic toiletries, towels and pool towels are provided and there is really good air con and wifi throughout the villa

Your pilates teacher has 25 years teaching experience and has run 8 retreats so you’re in safe hands

The Retreat Timetable

Saturday 7th August 2027

The recommended flight is Jet2 6.45-10.10am Edinburgh to Faro but you might want to arrive on Friday and organise your own accommodation for the Friday night

We’ll meet in Loulé and visit the famous Saturday Market to buy fresh, delicious and local produce to eat on our retreat, followed by a delicious lunch out a restaurant before we head to Monte Sobradinho for a 4pm check in. After we settle in we’ll do our first pilates mat class out on the deck in the garden with stunning views of the pool, house, mountains and the sea in the distance. Then it’s dinner and drinks and a great nights sleep in your luxury bedroom

Sunday 8th

8-10am Brilliant Buffet Breakfast, take your time, get out of bed when you’re ready and have breakfast out on the terrace enjoying the views

10-11.30am Reformer and/or Mat Pilates Class, we have an indoor reformer studio and an outdoor deck in the garden for mat classes

Spend the day at the villa relaxing, swimming, reading, exploring the garden, napping, doing an art project and switching off. You are also free to go on a day trip to a local village or beach and explore the algarve

1pm Leisurely Long Lunch made with fresh and local produce, we have indoor and outdoor dining areas to enjoy our meals

5.30-7pm Reformer and/or Mat Pilates Class, we have an indoor reformer studio and an outdoor deck in the garden for mat classes

8pm Delicious Decadent Dinner made with fresh and local produce with Cocktails/Mocktails/Wine, we have indoor and outdoor dining areas to enjoy our meals and indoor and outdoor areas with sofas for relaxing after dinner

Sleep well in your comfortable bed in your luxury ensuite bedroom

Monday 9th - Wednesday 11th

We’ll be checking out of Monte Sobradinho at 10am and you have the day to spend as you please before flying home refreshed and relaxed after a wonderful week prioritising yourself

The recommended flight is Ryanair 8.35pm-11.55pm Faro to Edinburgh
