1-1 private pilates coaching sessions are the perfect way to get all the attention and a bespoke program specially tailored to you

If you are new to The Pilates Attic, or have a particular injury or condition, we recommend having a 1-1 session to begin with. You get a personal session tailored especially to you and then you’ll be prepared to join a class if you like

Sessions can be at the studio or online on zoom and either pilates mat or pilates reformer (studio only unless you have your own reformer)
