SUP Fitness is currently taking the world by storm

SUP Fitness is a fast growing fitness trend that combines Stand Up Paddle Boarding and various fitness techniques

Performing exercises on the board in the water creates an unstable environment for a challenging, fun and exciting workout. The most simple exercises suddenly become very difficult on the board

Combining Pilates, core strength and conditioning, balance training, stretching and relaxation, SUP Fitness is an exceptional workout for the core and will challenge your balance like never before

Plus it is great fun, it has an element of relaxation when we float on the water, and we can experience the sights and sounds of nature. You will love it!

We use Red Paddle Company equipment, this is one of the top SUP manufacturers and we have the most up to date boards for you to use. We also supply wetsuits and personal floatation devices

Classes are a combination of Pilates and Paddling in very small groups so you receive lots of attention.

Sessions are held in Granton Harbour. A stunning harbour with a huge amount of space for us to play, all in a great location with easy transport links. I look forward to seeing you out on the water!

Classes are dependent on weather and sea conditions and may need to arranged at the last minute and also perhaps cancelled at short notice. Joining the group is the easiest way to keep in touch and up to date
