Private sessions are a great way to get started with Pilates, or a great way to keep in shape if you have a difficult schedule that doesn’t allow for regular classes

If you are new to Pilates, or have a particular health issue, we recommend having a 1-1 session to begin with. You get a personal session that will help you to learn the basics of the pilates technique so you’ll be fully prepared to join a class

If you choose to book a course of 1-1 sessions you will be given exercises that are tailored to meet your needs and each week will feel the increasing benefits of a more flexible, stable and toned body

We see Pilates help with many sports injuries and joint replacement problems . Fully trained teacher Jo has worked with many conditions including recovery from breast cancer, whiplash, fibromyalgia, general back pain, slipped discs, sciatica, scoliosis, frozen shoulder, and M.E. Pilates also has great results for sufferers of multiple sclerosis
