SUP Fitness is currently taking the world by storm

This is a fast growing fitness trend that combines stand up paddle boarding and various fitness techniques resulting in a challenging and fun workout on the water

Performing exercises on the board in the water creates an unstable environment for a challenging, fun and exciting workout

The most simple exercises suddenly become very difficult on the SUP

As a pilates teacher with nearly 20 years experience and a passion for stand up paddle boarding, I am delighted to be able to combine the two and bring my classes to the water 

Combining pilates, core strength and conditioning, balance training, stretching and relaxation, SUP Fitness is an exceptional workout for the core and will challenge balance like never before

Plus it is great fun and has an element of relaxation when we float on the water
