SUP Fitness is a fast growing fitness trend that combines Stand Up Paddle Boarding and various fitness techniques.
Performing exercises on the board in the water creates an unstable environment for a challenging, fun and exciting workout. The most simple exercises suddenly become very difficult on the board.
As a Pilates teacher with nearly 20 years experience and a passion for Stand Up Paddle Boarding, I am delighted to be able to combine the two and bring my classes to the water.
Combining pilates, core strength and conditioning, balance training, stretching and relaxation, SUP Fitness is an exceptional workout for the core and will challenge your balance like never before.
