Hula Hooping Classes

Tuesday 5.15pm - 6pm Beginners

Tuesday 8pm - 8.45pm Improvers 

Hula Hooping is amazingly good fun and a great workout for both the body and the brain

Hooping gives you a full body workout, a new way to dance and play and a chance for you to rediscover your inner child

You will learn tricks, burn calories, increase your cardio fitness, tone your arms, legs and abdominals, and increase your flexibilty and strength, all while having a great time!

Did you know that hula hooping can burn up to 100 calories in ten minutes!

You will smile and laugh through the whole class...Happy Hoopers!

We provide a selection of hoops for you to use during class 
Handmade hoops are for sale for you to have your own to play with at home
If there’s space it’s fine to join part way through the term
All classes, workshops and private sessions must be paid for in advance
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for private 1-1 sessions
We have a strict no refund policy for classes
