Private Pilates Sessions
We offer 1-1, 2-1, 3-1 and 4-1 private Pilates sessions.
Private sessions are a great way to get started with Pilates, or a great way to keep in shape if you have a difficult schedule that doesn’t allow for regular classes.
If you are new to Pilates, or have a particular health issue, we recommend having a 1-1 session to begin with. You get a postural assessment that will help you to learn the basics of engaging and supportive movement so you’ll be fully prepared to join a class.
If you choose to book a course of 1-1 sessions you will be given exercises that are tailored to meet your needs and each week will feel the increasing benefits of a more flexible, stable and toned body.
Some clients choose to book a 1-1 to get a homework plan tailored for what they want to achieve.
The way we teach at the Pilates Attic – is to show you exercises that you can take away with you into your everyday life.
We see Pilates help with many sports injuries and joint replacement problems . Fully trained teacher Jo has worked with many conditions including recovery from breast cancer, whiplash, fibromyalgia, general back pain, slipped discs, sciatica, scoliosis, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, and M.E. Pilates also hads great results for sufferers of multiple sclerosis.
As well as 1-1 sessions we offer 2-1, 3-1 and 4-1 private sessions. So bring a friend and get some personal attention.
We have time slots available during the days and evenings Monday to Thursday.
1-1 session £50.
2-1 session £30 per person.
3-1 or 4-1 session £25 per person.
All private sessions must be paid in advance and we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
