Hula Hooping classes.
Hula Hoops are back and not like you remember them! Today’s hula hoops are designed for adults – larger and heavier – and can give you a full body workout, a new way to dance and a chance for you to rediscover your inner child. Did you know that hulahooping can burn up to 100 calories in ten minutes? In this Hula Hoop fitness class, you’ll have fun while you build cardio fitness, tone your arms, abs and legs and increase your flexibility.
We have classes on
- Tuesday 8pm-8.45pm Continuers
- Tuesday 8.45-9.30pm Beginners
New term: w/c 19th March - w/c 4th June, a twelve week term.
We provide a selection of hoops to use and buy.
If there’s space it’s fine to join part way through the term
All classes, workshops and private sessions must be paid for in advance.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for private 1-1 sessions.
We have a strict no refund policy for classes.
